Features of property valuation for inheritance registration

The article analyzes the current state regulation and practice of assessing property during notarial registration of inheritance. The participants in the described process are determined. State requirements for a private appraiser and appraisal company contained in regulations, types of qualification certificates, inherited property and determined value are given. The ultimate goal of such an assessment is indicated - taxation of inheritance, as well as resolution of disputes between heirs, including in court.
