The article describes the features of organizing and moderating a positional seminar in the distance learning mode. The author considers the methodological aspects of adapting the classical seminar model to a hybrid format that combines synchronous and asynchronous elements of interaction; describes the possibilities of immersive technologies for creating simulations of pedagogical situations that enhance the practical focus of training; reveals approaches to integrating AI algorithms for analyzing participants' communication strategies and identifying argumentation patterns. Particular attention is paid to the use of virtual boards for modeling the categories of «scheme» and «symbol», which contributes to the structuring of abstract pedagogical concepts. The author substantiates methods for preventing digital fatigue through the principles of digital hygiene and microlearning, and also proposes a model of a digital task bank that systematizes cases and role-playing scenarios in accordance with the requirements of educational standards.
