Specifics of student’s mastering to work with problems

The problem of creative development of education subjects on the basis of the theory of inventive problem solving (TIPS) has been analyzed. The specifics of mastering of TIPS education by the education subjects have been revealed. Data on the revealed communicative, intellectual, emotional and regulatory personal qualities, creativity level, attitude towards the problem as well as the results of psychological and pedagogical diagnostics showing the features of mastering TIPS by students and adults are presented.
