Features of the responsibility of accomplices and the qualification of the deed in various forms of complicity in a crime

The article is devoted to the specifics of the responsibility of accomplices and the qualification of the deed under various factual circumstances arising in judicial practice. Various options for qualification in cases of murder and theft of other people's property are considered, indicating the need for a reference to the relevant part of Article 33 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation or, conversely, its absence. The points of view of various scientists are given, the practice of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation is considered. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that it is important to be guided by the Decisions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation when qualifying in order to exclude errors in judicial practice.
