Features of the transmission of personifications in the documentary

This article discusses the problem of the transmission of personifications in the audiovisual translation of a documentary film. The concept of a documentary film is considered, special attention is paid to the main features of the transmission of personifications in translation. Based on the analysis of the original (German-language) and translated (Russian-language) versions of the documentary "Russland von oben" \ "Russia from Above", the adequacy of the translation of personifications in audiovisual translation was determined.
