Features of the movement of intellectual property objects across the customs border of the EAEU

The protection of exclusive intellectual property rights is ensured by the State in the case of cross-border movement of objects. The article examines the powers of customs authorities to ensure the protection of intellectual property objects. Customs authorities are particularly effective in preventing violations of the exclusive rights of those copyright holders whose objects are included in the registers. However, not all the results of intellectual activity can be included in the relevant registers. The article examines the problems of civil law relations related to the movement of the OIC across the customs border, and suggests measures to solve them.
