This article describes the features of the translation of the realities of French gastronomic realities. The analysis of national-specific features of the cultural meaning of words still remains relevant. The purpose of this work is to highlight and analyze the features of the translation of gastronomic realities from French into Kyrgyz. The article pays special attention to the analysis of the ways of translating the semantic field "Gastronomy" in French linguistic culture due to its importance for scientific and translation activities.
