The specific features of comics translation (based on the translation of the comics “Marvel” from English into Russian)

The article deals with the consideration of the linguistic ways of transferring the comics’ ideas. There are revealed the most problematic points of the translation, there is given the classification of the mistakes that the translators can make, working with the comics “Marvel”. The authors define the frequency of the mistakes and the degree of the mistakes’ influence on the recipient. The ways of solving the issues of the comics’ translation are suggested.
