Peculiarities of preparing board managing members to work in public and social education management bodies

The reformation of national education requires the search for new methods and forms of management of educational organizations. One of the main directions is the transition to public administration of education, which allows to determine the optimal ways of development of the organization on the basis of coordination of all stakeholders, monitoring and taking into account the needs and interests of all educational agents. The article considers the issue of preparation of members of governing councils for activities in public administration bodies, presents a model of training of public managers.
