Features of a multifunctional educational model of a teacher training college in the system of innovation

The innovative activity of the college within the framework of the multifunctional model is considered as a factor in increasing the efficiency of the performance of all educational functions and ensures a high level of formation of general and professional competencies among students of the college, determined by the Federal State Educational Standard of SVE. The main functions are defined and presented in the model based on the general basic functions of education management in the college. Also, the main components of the model are clarified. In accordance with which the Magnitogorsk Pedagogical College the key areas of work of the regional innovation platform are determined: continuous professionalization of education, digitalization of educational technologies, practical orientation of the process of professional training of students. these features make it possible to define the developed educational model as a polyfunctional one. The relationship between the functional components of the model has a level character and reflects the features of the innovative activity of college teachers. The development of a polyfunctional model by the authors was carried out taking into account the following levels: methodological, functional, technological, productive-practical. At each level, the implementation of the model ensures the formation and assessment of basic general and professional competencies. The implementation of innovative activities within the framework of the presented model ensures the formation of a practice-oriented educational environment in the college.
