Features of the need and motivation sphere of educatees in a boarding school

The article dwells on the problem of the need and motivation sphere of educatees in a boarding school where a basic contingent consists of orphans. Due to the peculiarities of their psychological, intellectual and physical development under conditions of mother deprivation the motivation sphere acquires its own specific resulting in particular in predominance of the motivation to avoid failure.
