The article is devoted to the problem of training athletes in 3x3 basketball to increase the effectiveness of their technical and tactical actions. In one of the teams participating in Russian competitions, a program has been proposed to improve the technical and tactical actions of athletes in 3x3 basketball with an assessment of their playing performance. An experiment was conducted and the effectiveness of the program was proved.
