This article examined such two concepts as legal capacity and legal capacity in family legal relations. Family law has the institution of family legal personality, different from legal personality in civil law. Family capacity in the field of family law acts arises simultaneously with the relevant elements of the content of legal capacity and exists, as a rule, in unity with it.
