Features of the legal status of corporations in Russia and abroad. Development prospects

The article examines the peculiarities of the legal status of corporations in Russia and abroad. The concept of "corporation" is analyzed, the differences between corporations and companies, the features of the activities and legal regulation of state corporations in the Russian Federation and foreign countries (mainly the USA and Germany) are studied, the trends in the development of corporations in the world are analyzed. Examples of corporations in the world and the Russian Federation are given. The construction of eco-systems in business is mentioned.
