Features of legal regulation of bankruptcy of credit organizations

In this article, the author examines the features of the existing system of legal regulation of bankruptcy of credit institutions. The existence of a hierarchical system of sources of legal regulation of this area of legal relations is indicated, and a conclusion is made about the need to adjust the legal provisions contained within Part 1 of Art. 189.7 of the Federal Law of October 26, 2002 N 127-FZ "On Insolvency (Bankruptcy)".
