Specifics of legal regulation of digital assets

In the article, the author considers the peculiarities of regulating digital assets. It was established that Russia followed the path of a special settlement of digital assets. Problems have been identified with evidence of the ownership of digital assets by subjects of civil law relations. It was concluded that it is necessary to further develop these relations, taking into account full-fledged legal regulation.
