The basic approaches of a legislator to the regulation of the liability rights circulation are considered; their fundamental difference from the legal regulation of the circulation is shown. Some limitations hampering wider use of the objects of civil law in the present civil circulation are revealed. The author gives some offers on improvement of the current legislation.
