Features of the limits of evidence in court proceedings with participation of the jury

The article outlines the theoretical aspects of the limits of evidence in court with the participation of the jury. The subjective side of the perception of the trial by the jury is considered. The normative provisions of Part 8 of Article 335 Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation are critically evaluated. The position of the possibility of including the degree of guilt, as well as the personality of the defendant, and other circumstances within the scope of proof is substantiated. An attempt is made to provide the author's own interpretation of the limits of evidence in court with the participation of the jury.
