Enterprises as the object of hereditary relationships

The article deals with the peculiarities of the enterprise as the object of hereditary relations. The author examines the different viewpoints of scientists at the concept of «enterprise», taking into account the value of the enterprise as object and subject of rights. The article exposes the dynamics of emergence, change and development of the ancestral relationship with the inheritance of the enterprise.
