The article is devoted to the description of the features of teaching engineering and graphic disciplines in remote mode. The relevance of the research topic is due to the increasing trend towards computerization of the educational process in modern conditions, as well as the mass forced transition of educational organizations to a distance learning format. Based on the analysis of publications describing the experience of implementing distance technologies in the practice of teaching engineering and graphic disciplines, three features of this process are identified: the mandatory visualization of information that makes up the content of the discipline; the modular principle of building educational programs with elements of interdisciplinary integration; a special approach to the formation of students ' learning motivation.
