Features of the application of administrative responsibility within the framework of regional environmental control in 2022

The article discusses the features of the application of the Federal Law "On State Control (Supervision) and municipal control in the Russian Federation" taking into account the effect of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation that has entered into force №336 "On the features of the organization and implementation of state control (supervision), municipal control" in the framework of the implementation of regional environmental control, problems of attracting to administrative responsibility based on the results of control (supervisory) activities. The authors note the importance of this topic, analyze the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, the Federal Law "On State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation" and come to the conclusion on the problems of complicating the mechanism of bringing to administrative responsibility and the prevention of administrative offenses in the field of environmental protection, the presence of restrictions for the onset of administrative responsibility, as well as the need to improve it.
