The article discusses the main changes in the federal evaluation standards that should be taken into account when preparing reports on evaluation. The requirements of standards are analyzed that cause the greatest difficulty both for understanding and for use in determining the cost of objects. The authors believe that the clarifications submitted will contribute to improving the quality of reports on evaluation in the new legislative field and will help practicing appraisers, judicial and other experts in their work.
