The use of pedagogical technologies in the educational process is becoming more and more professionally oriented. Scientific and technological progress makes it possible to develop, implement and use new approaches in the training of students of future customs specialists. The article discusses interactive technologies that can contribute to achieving better results in teaching intercultural competencies to students of future customs specialists. With the introduction of interactive technologies, student learning approaches based on video, interactive platforms, webinars and videoconferences, cloud services, etc. are expanding. The use of interactive technologies has a wide potential to increase students' involvement in the process of gaining knowledge about intercultural competencies, virtual reality and immersion in intercultural contact.
