Features of the application of the modeling method in training and competitive activities in the process of teaching wrestling to cadets of universities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs

The article is devoted to the analysis of the application of the modeling method in the training and competitive activities of wrestling (sambo, judo, freestyle wrestling, Greco-Roman wrestling). In this connection, various types of modeling in the training and competitive activities of wrestling were investigated and a conclusion was made about the most effective variant of modeling. The significance of the modeling method for the training and competitive activities of wrestling is also indicated.
