The analysis of the coal mine "Vostochniy" influence on the nearby settlement station Golubichnaya based on the study of this area climate-forming factors, observation of the weather changes and the wind mode of the area is presented in the article. As a research result, the phased construction of “the wind rose” and the “dispersion halo” is given.
