Peculiarities of bringing minors, parents or other legal representatives of minors to administrative responsibility under the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan (comparative legal study)

The article analyzes the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan in order to develop proposals aimed at improving the institution of bringing minors, parents or other legal representatives of minors to administrative responsibility in the Russian Federation. On the basis of the conducted research, the need for amendments to the norms of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation regulating the procedure for bringing minors to responsibility, as well as the adoption of a subordinate regulatory legal act establishing the actual grounds for bringing parents or other legal representatives of minors to administrative responsibility is substantiated.
