The relevance of the study is substantiated, associated with the need to provide professional training for a teacher who is able not only to communicate program material to students, but also to form and develop their creative abilities, constructive skills, and productive thinking. An analysis of the scientific background of the study, criteria and indicators, indicators of the formation of productive thinking and constructive skills of students are presented. Contradictions are revealed between the objective need to form the teacher’s readiness for the creative organization of a holistic pedagogical process and the insufficient development of approaches to designing innovative technologies as applied to a particular specialty, organizational and pedagogical mechanisms for their implementation in the study of specific disciplines.
