Features of professional adaptation of students of sports higher education institution

The article presents the results of the study of professional adaptation of first-year students of sports higher education institution are presented in article. Comparison of results of professional adaptation of students athletes with students of different faculties, such as physical, psychological, philological and others is given. The understanding of professional adaptation as the difficult many-sided process including as social, so psychology and pedagogical aspects of human life which assumes not only assimilation, but also active reproduction of social experience, norms, values of the installations which are carried out in communication and professional activity is presented. Methods of a research of professional adaptation are described. It is shown that carrying out researches within research laboratory of the Irkutsk branch Russian State University of Physical Education, Sport, Youth and Tourism allows students to realize, comprehend and expand their professional skills.
