Peculiarities of the preventive impact photo and video documentation make on the road traffic violator who has exceeded the speed limit

The article is devoted to the measures of road traffic accidents prevention, which must be used in complex, include the eradication of causes pertaining to optimization and efficiency of preventive influence on all three elements of the triad “man-automobile-road”. Maximum deterrence implemented by means of photo and video documentation towards road traffic violators can be expected due to their long and regular usage in frequent accident areas. The authors expect this to affect the vehicle operators for whom inevitability of punishment will be a significant deterrence ensuring their compliance with the road traffic rules.
