Features of career guidance with young people with disabilities based on their nosology

This article presents an input, which helps young people with disabilities to facilitate their vocational choice, taking into account their medical problemsand the labor market demand. The Order of the Ministry of Labor of Russia of 04.08.2014 №515 «On the approval of methodological recommendations on the list of recommended types of work and professional activities of people with disabilities, taking into account their impaired functions and limitations of their life» includes methodological recommendations on the list of recommended types of work and professional activities for people with disabilities, taking into account their impaired functions and life activity limitations. According to this list, the articles elects occupations for obtaining specialty and choosing an educational professional institution for physically challenged applicants and the ones with HIA.
