Features of career guidance work in college (on the example of a structural unit of the Ural State University of Economics)

The article examines the concept and role of career guidance in an educational institution, lists the types and forms of career guidance, and provides a description of the legal framework in the field of career guidance. The main projects currently being implemented at the college (USUE) within the framework of vocational guidance programs are analyzed. The main distinctive features of vocational guidance in college are identified, the reasons for choosing institutions of secondary vocational education are revealed.
