Chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN) is one of the main problem of modern cytotoxic therapy. Drugs dose reduction, delay or even complete stopping of chemotherapy until symptoms of CIPN are reduced impair treatment effectiveness and patients' survival. Nevertheless no one of the CIPN treatment methods has been approved as a standard of specialized help. The goal of this research is to reveal characteristic of neuropathy associated with chemotherapy and to develop an effective scheme of its treatment. Materials and methods: 34 patients with CIPN were treated by complex of allopathic, homeopathic drugs and hydrotherapy. Results: The therapy resulted in subjective and objective regression of neuropathy symptoms and improving of life quality in all 34 patients. All patients who had to delay chemotherapy was able to restart it.
