Features of the prosecutor's supervision over the appointment and conduct of a forensic psychiatric examination at the stage of verifying a crime report

The article discusses some procedural problems that arise during the appointmentand conduct of a forensic psychiatric examination before the initiation of a criminal case, andsuggests possible ways to solve them. The study also describes the features that the prosecutorneeds to pay attention to when checking compliance with the requirements of the laws whenappointing and conducting a forensic psychiatric examination, based on the identified problemsof procedural legislation.
