Features of personal customs inspection in the Russian Federation

Studying customs control as one of the measures aimed at preventing offenses in the framework of the movement of various persons across the borders of States, it is impossible not to touch upon the forms of its implementation. Personal customs inspection is a generally recognized and at the same time exceptional form. Like any other measure, personal search has its own characteristics, features and features, which are considered in this article. The authors conclude that personal customs inspection affects the psychology of a person, in some cases it may infringe on their rights and interests, but at the same time it is an indispensable measure for detecting and preventing offenses.
