Features of holding mass events on the territory of the Russian Federation

This article outlines some issues when holding mass events on the territory of the state. Some difficulties and peculiarities in the training of police officers to ensure public safety in case of group violation of public order and mass riots are shown. Mass riots pose a significant threat to the safety of citizens and public order. Such riots represent a protest of a political, social, as well as personal nature.
