This article discusses the most common problems that arise at the review of crime reports in criminal cases related to non-payment of wages (article 145.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). Based on the opinions of scientists and current lawyers, possible options for resolving the issue of issuing the order is for the opening of proceedings or refusing to institute it are proposed.
