Features of psychogenies in adolescents with oncological diseases at the initial stage of anti-tumor treatment

In the article, data on clinical features of psychogenies observed in patients of adolescent age with on-cohematological and oncological diseases at the initial stage of anti-tumor treatment are presented. Material of research included adolescents newly admitted to Child Oncology and Hematology Research Institute of ROSC RAMSci between 2012 and 2015 for various forms of oncohematological diseases and solid tumors of various localizations. Clinical characteristic of the most prevalent variants of psychogenies in this contingent is presented. Reactions with predominance of affective, anxiety-phobic, psychopath-like and asthenic manifestations have been distinguished. Factors provoking development of psychogenic disturbances in adolescents have been considered. Necessity of multimodal therapeutic approach in treatment of psychogenic states in adolescents with oncological diseases has been proven.
