Psychological status features in patients with chronic secondary pyelonephitis

Reactive and personal anxiety, level of depression and general state, activity and mood have been studied in patients with pyelonephritis of one or two kidneys. It was determined that in practically healthy women level of personal anxiety was trustworthily higher, but general state index was lower than in men. One kidney presence negatively influences on psychological status. Such patients have increased anxiety levels both personal and reactive, and also the level of depression. The indices of general state, activity and mood are trustworthily decreased. Persons with two kidneys have the same changes in psychological status, except for depression and activity levels, those are not differ from healthy ones.
