The study is based on the assumptions that the nature of psychopathologization and anxiety in women whose traumatic event is a serious illness of a loved one differs from similar states of the respondents caused by other stressors of high intensity of anthropogenic nature, and that psychopathologization, specificity of anxiety and the level of post-traumatic stress are different for young and mature women. The research work revealed differences in the level of interpersonal sensitivity among respondents; greater expression is presented in those whose psychotraumatization is associated with a life-threatening illness of a loved one. Differences in the manifestations of deficient anxiety are shown - the highest values are found in respondents experiencing post-traumatic stress due to severe illness of a loved one. Psychopathologization of young and mature women was found to differ in the severity of paranoial symptoms. The results obtained can contribute to a more detailed differentiation of the consequences of contact with stressors of high intensity of anthropogenic genesis and are of a practice-oriented nature aimed at optimizing the activities of specialists of helping professions and employees of palliative care services.
