Peculiarities of investigation of crimes committed by persons with mental anomalies

This article examines the problems of investigating criminal cases committed by persons with mental abnormalities. In addition, the authors analyze signs indicating the possibility of a suspect with mental disorders during the interrogation of witnesses, examination of the crime scene, search and other investigative actions. Based on the above analysis of scientific literature and investigative practice, recommendations have been developed for the investigation of this category of cases.
