The article deals with the specific features of the professional activities of the teachers in preschool institutions related to the emotional tension as well as against the background of increasing the pace of the technology change. There is emphasized the importance of the autocompetence development including the ability to reflection and the teacher’s orientation to self-development. The authors substantiate the efficiency of the modern information resources in the development of autocompetence, there is presented the authors’ experience of their usage in the solution of this problem.
