Features of distance education development in the Russian Federation

The article deals with current issues of distance education in the Russian Federation, the basic concepts of educational technology used in the training are revealed, and possible solutions of problems are offered, the questions submitted in electronic form of training are described, a comparative analysis of the basic forms of education and compared trends and international experience in the field informatization of education carried out. Preconditions of occurrence of distance education in the Russian Federation are briefly described, certain patterns and problems of implementation are revealed, topical questions of implementation are described and feasibility of effective use of this form of education in the current realities of society is compared. The legislative decisions on the issues of electronic forms of learning management are considered and a comparative observation, which describes the reasons for the introduction of this form of training in different countries carried out. The general patterns of occurrence of the needs for this type of services are defined. In addition to the problems connected with the introduction of this technology, the article analyzes the issues associated with the creation of their own training concepts and technologies that could satisfy the demand in the education market. Priority issues in the creation of educational of software tools are defined. In the budget educational establishment in conditions of current socio-economic crisis may occur difficulties with the implementation of this decision. According to the authors, for the successful implementation of new technologies need to make all potentially effective training methods for special evaluation expert group to evaluate qualitative component of educational technology.
