Features of the development of the residential real estate market in conditions of instability of the market economy: prospects and possible consequences

In this paper, the authors analyzed the current issue of the development of the construction market in difficult economic conditions. The analysis of the construction market of the Russian Federation was conducted and the level of its saturation was determined. The influence of the key rate on the availability of mortgage loans was considered. The authors reviewed the current mortgage lending programs offered by banks and gave forecasts for the development of the real estate market in the Russian Federation.
