The article considers club activities, which are a powerful tool for creating an inclusive educational environment and successful social adaptation of disabled people. Such activities unite people with common interests, create a space for communication, self-realization and development, helping to overcome social isolation and form a positive self-perception. The features of implementing club technology are self-organization and self-management; flexibility and variety of formats; practice-oriented; interdisciplinary cooperation; development of soft skills; social activity and civic position; creative realization; career guidance; international cooperation; community formation. Club technologies as a tool for organizing leisure and communication play a key role in forming mutual understanding and reducing barriers between participants. They contribute not only to improving communication skills, but also to creating a friendly atmosphere in which respect and trust reign. Club activities are mainly implemented in the form of research, literary, musical, eco- and sports clubs. The basis of the club’s work is the creation of an environment for interaction and communication between people with hearing impairments and those who can hear - the surdosphere. It promotes the development of tolerance, mutual understanding, and inclusion, and also provides students with hearing loss with the opportunity to fully participate in the academic and social life of the educational institution. The formation of such an environment is facilitated by teaching sign language, organizing meetings and events, holding educational events, support, and inclusion. The article presents the content of the additional general educational developmental program of social and humanitarian focus “Talking Hands” and reveals how, based on club technology through this program, it is possible to build (construct) a dialogue between hearing and deaf people.
