Features of the constitutional principles realisation at work regulation of employees of law enforcement bodies

The article deals with the problems connected with application of separate basic constitutional principles to administrative and labour legislation of the Russian Federation. It is particulary noted that briging into action the principle of legal equality of employees and a discrimination interdiction in the sphere of work has some specificity, namely, some aspects of the labour rights restrictions of workers of law enforcement bodies do not present any discrimination in the light of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation and the European Court of human rights.
