Features of the personal rights realization of persons with restricted health

Many people view human rights as a set of moral principles that apply to everyone. Human rights are also part of international law, contained in treaties and declarations that set out specific rights that countries must respect. Countries often incorporate human rights into their own national, state and local laws. This article examines the problem of insufficient participation of public organizations in the affairs of persons with disabilities, as well as their small number in the representative bodies of state power, which does not allow enough to convey their problems to the law-making bodies.
