The aim of the study: to determine the volumetric density of receptors to estrogens and progesterone, to investigate the volumetric density of microcirculation vessels (CD34), to assess the potential of angio-genesis (VEGF - vascular endothelial growth factor) in myometrium, received by cesarean section in parturient women with physiologic and dyscoordinated labor activity like cervical dystocia. In myometrium of parturient women with dyscoordinated labor activity like cervical dystocia significant increase of PR expression was revealed while intensity of ER ex-pression was practically unchanged. During the de-termination process of the volumetric density of microcirculation vessels and the volumetric density of vascular endothelial growth factor it was revealed that in case of dyscoordinated labor activity the decrease of microcirculation activity occurs in myometrium as well as the decrease of the potential of angiogenesis, and it's of great importance in the aetiopathogenesis of the labor activity abnormality that is under investigation.
Dyscoordinated labor activity, myo-metrium reception, myometrium microcirculation
