Peculiarities of "resource of involvement" of students with different academic experience

The article substantiates the need to differentiate the actual involvement as a human condition and the resource of involvement as a set of psychological characteristics that underlie it. A model of the involvement resource is proposed, which includes three components: instrumental, evaluative and cognitive. The purpose of the study: to identify the features of resource of involvement of students with different academic experience. The following parameters are considered as determining its specifics: level of higher education (bachelor's degree (specialty) and master's degree), status of the university (regional and federal), experience of studying in another country. It is revealed that the differences in the resource of involvement of students of the same level studying at universities with different status are minimal. There is a discrepancy between the students of the Bachelor's degree (specialty) and the Master's degree at the level of both instrumental and evaluative components of the involvement resource. The data on cultural specifics of the phenomenon under consideration need additional verification on an expanded sample.
