The article deals with the study of the peculiarities of the semantic and derivational structure of the adverbs and verbs of the semi-suffix derivatives in the modern English language. There are defined the criteria of revealing the semi-suffix elements, there is emphasized their corpus and described their functional and semantic characteristics.
