Features of mixed dissociative disorders in radiated population living on the territory of south-ural radiation incidents in remote periods

Psychic disorders in population having undergone radioactive in Techa river and in the territory of the Ural East Radioactive Trace include in general disorders of non-psychotic type (neurotic, somatophormic, psycho-organic). Mixed dissociative disorders proved to be the leading ones. Diagnosis «mixed dissociative disorders» was made in 138 (38,3 %) patients having undergone radiation and residing near Techa river. This type of disorder was revealed in 222 observations (61,7 %) in people having suffered sequilae of the Ural East Radioactive Trace According to the former terminology, patients of this group (taking into consideration its clinical peculiarities) may have been referred to the hysteric development of personality. Besides accompanied psychoorganic symptomatology was observed in 41,3 %, while a large proportion of these patients had hypochondriac, obsessive-phobic symptomatology
